2018-2019  Support Documents Requirements

NOTE: Do not submit any support documents until an application has been submitted and an e-mail has been received saying that the application has arrived in the Tobacco Region Scholarship Office.

  • ALL Applicants – Renewal and New - MUST submit an official transcript that shows the Fall 2017 cumulative GPA, based on a 4.0 scale.
  • ALL graduating high school seniors or new 4-year college students who apply MUST submit:

    • (1) a copy of his/her acceptance letter from a 4-year college and
    • (2) an official transcript from his/her high school showing the cumulative GPA for the first semester, based on a 4.0 scale.  High School transcripts can be mailed from the school or uploaded through the transcript portal.  High school transcripts received not based on a 4.0 scale will not be accepted. A new, acceptable transcript must be received on or before the document deadline. If received after the deadline, the student will not be considered for an award during the first round of awards and may be denied.
