2017-2018  Award Guidelines

The Tobacco Region Scholarship funds tuition only as a "Last-Dollar Effort". Last-Dollar Effort means that all other financial aid that can only be used for tuition MUST be applied to the student's account before the Tobacco Region Scholarship award can be applied. If no tuition balance remains after the other financial aid is applied, no award will be issued under this program.
